A Peak At What I'm Quilting Today

Do you remember when I finished this quilt top?  This is my Garden Fence quilt top made with lavender and orange fabrics.  It's a beast!! It measures 107 inches square.  I've had it in the cupboard trying to decide which quilting design to quilt it with.  I finally settled on an all over pattern called "Awesome Blossom" by Anne Bright.  I really love it, but it's taking me an hour and a half just to sew out one row.  There are 11 rows...

  7. Oh, but my goodness!! That is GORGEOUS!! The quilting design is just perfect for the pattern. And I understand it taking SOOOOOO long, but I can't even imagine how long it would take to quilt on a domestic machine. Easily 10x as long.
Go for it! That's just beautiful. :)
