AusMod Bee Blocks for Jessica

It feels really good to post pictures of these finished blocks because now I am caught up with my bee blocks until August!  It's been a long time since I've been caught up with my bee obligations!  I wish I was caught up with more, let me tell you!

The Queen Bee this month was Jessica, who requested that we make these braided star blocks using Sweetwater's Hometown and Reunion fabrics!  Aren't they fabulous together?  To tell you the truth, I had been itching to do another paper piecing project--strange but true.  This was the perfect opportunity to do some repetitive slow chain style sewing that I really like to do.  Jessica had precut all the fabrics out for us, so our job was just to sew and pull the papers out at the end.
