Scrappy Trip Quilt on the Quilting Machine

Today I've been quilting up my Scrappy Trip Along quilt.  I've been wanting to play around with my machine a bit more in order to try some new things, so I decided I would use a p2p to custom quilt within each square of my Scrappy Trip quilt.  You can see a little bit of the quilting up close in the second photo.  It's fun and I think it will be effective over the entire quilt, but I have to say it is much slower than using edge to edge patterns!!!

My Scrappy Trip Along quilt ended up being 48 blocks in total for a 6 X 8 layout.  I'm already planning my next one.  I love how quickly these go together and how nicely they use up scraps!
