Moda Prairie Paisley Quilt Finished

I finally finished sewing the binding down on my Prairie Paisley Quilt yesterday.  Whew, another quilt that was long in the making but finally finished.  This quilt is specifically for some patriotic American friends of mine and I wanted to get it in the mail soon.  I will be sending this seamail so I'm hoping it will arrive by the 4th of July.  Do you think it will make it?  You think I'm joking?  No, I have had packages take that long.

I quilted this one with a variegated red white and blue King Tut thread on the long arm.  I really like how the quilting shows up on the back as more of a feature rather than a blending in.  I'm sort of done with buying most Moda fabrics these days, but I still have unfinished projects and fabrics in my stash that I will continue to use.

By the way, I am still running my special free return postage with tracking within Australia for the next two months for long arm quilting services.  I offer edge to edge designs at $2.50 per square foot.  If you would like to read more about the long arm quilting service I provide, you can check out this page here.
