Garden Wall Hanging
So, inspired by my latest forays into paper piecing, a stack of new Suzuko Koseki fabrics and a recent look into the 318 book by Kumiko Fujita, I decided to make a wall hanging as a birthday gift for my MIL gardener... Not sure still if it is too bright or her thing, but I will decide on that soon. I drafted the pattern on EQ7 so the sizing and other things are a bit different to the book. I'm still working my way around the program and to be honest, I printed the wrong size out and just decided to go with it. Kind of glad I did as the blocks are 8"x9" instead of the 6"x6" I was originally going for. Not sure how I am going to quilt this yet...

So lovely & beautiful!! I love the newspaper fabric:)
This is fabulous - I love the fork and trowel
I'm still hunting for a copy of Patchwork Patterns 318
Looks fab, and perfect choice of fabric
I love it! :)
Your blocks came out fantastic, and your fabric choices are spot on! I have been searching for the book for ages, but proving impossible to get :(
I bet your MIL will love it!
