Octogon Toile Quilt!!
I finally finished this quilt that was started about 4 years ago now. It's one of my favorites made of Toiles and Civil War prints. I really do love reproduction civil war prints, but lately it has all been about modern fabrics and bright colors. I quilted this one myself on my sewing machine and was surprised that this almost king sized quilt was really not a problem! Wow, I wouldn't have been saying that 4 years ago! I have a long list of quilts to finish yet!!!

Congratulations on a gorgeous quilt, I love how you have really managed to showcase your toiles: wonderful! And your machine quilting is wow: I too have a stack of quilts, but I lack your guts to machine quilt them... I will need to stop making quilts and hand-quilt for a whole year to catch up... :) Need to learn to machine-quilt!!! :)
This is a really beautiful quilt. I love the hexagon shape. I noticed you mentioned on one of your other posts that you have a template for this quilt, I would love to know which one it is as I am very interested in making one of these quilts for myself. Many thanks.
What a lovely quilt. What is the pattern called. I jope you can still remember
