So here are 16 blocks of 80 finished and you can see a little of what the layout will look like. I am surprised how strong the brown is in this quilt. I almost wonder if I should have used white instead. Oh well, too late now! I'll just have to see how it all comes out. That is the fun part about quilting--that the quilt can change its look so much from start to finish. On the positive side this is a very fun block to make so 64 more to go should go quick!

Plugging Along

I love the contrast of dark and light fabric! It gives it so much movement!
I like the brown. It's sharp!
That's a terrific looking block, and I like the dark better than white.
Oh yes the brown is really really good - no mistake made there!!
