For me binding is seasonal - I don't in the summer as the heat from having it on my lap spoils any fun! So the pile grows in the summer and reduces in the winter!Benta AtSLIKstitcheshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02941463498655836647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7932750381169536137.post-70484977806035765472014-07-06T09:14:32.582+10:002014-07-06T09:14:32.582+10:00Happy anniversary!

Possibly because I have worked and looked at them for so long as I tend to be a slow stitcher.Jillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13667629963983016101noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7932750381169536137.post-7301554281125828342014-07-05T18:59:01.128+10:002014-07-05T18:59:01.128+10:00I love the straight sashings against the wonky squ...I love the straight sashings against the wonky squares. Yes I also go through stages of feeling a "bleh" about a quilt I am working on. I changed 2 things that help me get my quilts done slightly quicker. When I need to attach a label I do that before I start quilting and I have also converted to machining my binding totally. I Love Rita's tutorial (Red Pepper Quilts). It works for me every time. I love that. Also some quilts need to mature before they "come out"/make their debut.Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04299378413584319405noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7932750381169536137.post-36021005930799034172014-07-05T17:53:58.535+10:002014-07-05T17:53:58.535+10:00That quilt is beautiful. well done.
