SewHappyGeek Table Runner/Wall Hanging Swap

Not too long ago I signed up for the SewHappyGeek Table Runner/Wall Hanging Swap.  This is what I have been busy sewing the last couple of days for my partner.  She likes birds and red, aqua and pink as a color combination.  I have made these birds in a quilt for a wall hanging previously and I always wanted to try making it again.  I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to do so.  This might also be the last time I free motion quilt on the domestic machine (at least for a while anyway) as the Big machine arrives next week.  Oooolala!  Now, I just need to post this!
